Licensed & insured

Every kind of AC a New York building has.
Old wall sleeve, brand-new ductless system, or a window unit that quit in July — we sell it, install it and keep it running. New and used units available.
Through-the-wall AC
New installs and replacements for wall-sleeve units — the backbone of NYC apartments. Sized, sealed and fitted to the opening you already have.
Window air conditioners
Sales and installation with proper brackets, so the unit is secure, level and compliant when it hangs over the street.
PTAC units
Packaged terminal units for buildings, offices and multi-unit properties — supplied, installed, serviced and repaired.
Ductless split systems
Quiet, efficient cooling for rooms and homes without ductwork. No window unit, no wall sleeve.
Central AC systems
Sales and service for whole-home central air, from tune-ups to repairs on existing systems.
Room & portable units
Room air conditioners and portables for spaces where a permanent install isn't an option. New and used units available.
AC storage service
We take your units out at the end of the season, store them, and bring them back when it warms up.
Air duct cleaning
Cleaner vents and better airflow through the system you already rely on.
Dryer vent cleaning
Clear lint buildup so dryers run efficiently and safely.
Chimney cleaning
Chimney cleaning and maintenance alongside our air services.
An AC over the sidewalk has to be bracketed right.
NYC Local Law 11 covers air conditioners that hang outside a building or sit in the wall. We install brackets that comply with Local Law 11 and Local Law 11/98, so your unit is secure and your building stays in good standing.

How many BTUs does your room need?
An undersized unit runs all day and never catches up. An oversized one cools fast but leaves the room clammy. Start with the room, then let us confirm on the visit.
Based on the ENERGY STAR room air conditioner sizing guideline. Ceiling height, insulation and layout change the answer.
